Cooperation agreement renewed between the Republic of Korea and ECLAC

Text: Republic of Korea and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) renewed their cooperation agreement, emphasizing “strengthening education and vocational training, digital inclusion, opportunities and challenges for resilient investments in renewable energy, and the productive integration of older persons.” Specifically, the new agreement mentions the support that the Republic of Korea and ECLAC will give to Latin American and the Caribbean countries so that they can move “towards policies that would drive high, sustained, sustainable and inclusive growth, through increases not only in employment but also in productivity.”
