China, Brazil Hold the Second Round of Consultations on Latin American Affairs
On December 11, 2012, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng co-chaired the second round of China-Brazil consultations on Latin American affairs with the Brazilian deputy foreign minister in Beijing. Both sides exchanged views on the situation in Latin America, the two countries’ Latin American policy, Latin American integration as well as the overall China-Latin America cooperation.
