Fourth Academic Seminar: "Latin America and Asia: between the digital revolution and a questioned globalization" - Summary and Presentations

On November 12, the ALADI, the IV Academic Seminar of the Observatory dedicated to reflect on "Latin America between the digital revolution and globalization in question" took place at the headquarters. Given the importance of the themes and the hierarchy of the participants, we consider it interesting to disseminate a summary of the event and the presentations made by the academics and guests present.
