Latin America and Asia: Highlights of the Global Survey on Digital and Sustainable Trade Facilitation 2023
Within the framework of the Seminar: Perspectives of Trade Facilitation in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), that will hold the Conference where the main results arising from the fifth edition of the Global Survey on Digital and Sustainable Trade Facilitation (www.untfsurvey.org) will be analyzed.
Such survey aims at monitoring the advances of each region in the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Agreement and in the digitalization of the trade procedures in general.
Sebastián Herreros, of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, will be in charge of presenting the results for Latin America and the Caribbean, whereas the results for the East and Southeast of Asia will be presented by Yan Duval, of the Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific. Both experts will have important comments by Fabián Villarroel- Director of Customs and Regulatory Affairs – Central/South America, DHL.
