Taiwan share its experience regarding GIS with Nicaragua

There was a fórum about the use of Geographic Information System (GIS) in Nicaragua. Jaime Chin-Um Wu, the Ambassador of Taiwan in Nicaragua, said that Taiwan will always be the government of Nicaragua to deal with the natural threats through this GIS project.
