To promote Taiwanese products in the Salvadoran market, the Economic Counselor Office, Embassy of Republic of China (Taiwan) in El Salvador is inviting companies interested in participating in a Taiwanese products catalog exhibition that will be held from October 4 to 6 in the “9th El Salvador Industrial Congress,” which is organized by the Salvadoran Industrial Association (ASI).

ASI is the most important industrial association in El Salvador.

They have more than 400 members, mainly in the textile, chemical, footwear, energy, plastics and foods industries.

The aim of this event is to generate business, strengthen the organization of industry in the country, and promote the industrial sector.

In 2012, around 4,500 visitors attended the event, including government representatives, diplomats, business people, and the public.

There were 134 exhibitors, covering the food, machinery, textile, medicines, auto parts, safety equipment and service industries.

In addition, 18 Embassies in El Salvador including those of Taiwan, Ecuador, Guatemala, Argentina, Belize, Honduras, Panama and U.
