Singh also conveyed satisfaction on the successful implementation of the project of Centre of Excellence in Information Technology (CEIT) at Ibarra.
The project has been set up under the Technical and Economic Cooperation programme of Government of India.
A message of felicitation was also recorded, which will be played at the inauguration of the Centre to be held shortly.
