The Latin America Asia – Pacific Observatory is made up of a team of experts of the three founding institutions, apart from the own team of the office of the Observatory at the Headquarters of the ALADI in Montevideo, Uruguay.

The Observatory has an internships program supported by several institutions of the two regions, whereby advanced students of different countries of Latin America and Asia Pacific are received.
